Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a Controller with 5+ years of experience to join a highly successful company. In this role, you will manage a tenured team of 8 and present to executives. A strong accounting background is required, with CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply corporate accounting principles and financial controls.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, handling sensitive information accurately and confidentially.
• Compile and review documentation for reporting, audit, or compliance purposes.
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities and ensure dependable follow-through in a structured environment.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, controllership, or a closely related finance function.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate accounting principles and financial controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
