Resource Energy Equipment is seeking an experienced and highly organized Controller to join our growing team. This position will oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal financial processes across multiple operational divisions within the oil & gas industry. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and can help drive operational efficiency while maintaining financial accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including:Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivablePayrollGeneral LedgerBank ReconciliationsFixed AssetsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reportsManage month-end and year-end close processesMonitor cash flow, budgets, and forecastingEnsure compliance with GAAP standards and company financial policiesCoordinate with external CPA firms, auditors, and tax professionalsDevelop and improve internal accounting controls and proceduresAssist executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic planningReview and approve journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport operational teams with cost tracking and reportingMaintain confidentiality and professionalism with all financial recordsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred5+ years of accounting or financial management experiencePrior Controller or senior-level accounting experience preferredOil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or service industry experience is a plusStrong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systemsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and leadership abilities What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experienceBenefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyTeam-oriented and fast-paced work environment Job Posted by ApplicantPro
