Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Recommends benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
- Provides company President with weekly financial reporting for all companies.
- Maintains and monitors monthly operating results against budget.
- Oversees daily operations of financial information, including checking, savings, credit line, and credit cards.
- Manages preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary requirements.
- Investigates and coordinates sales tax requirements for states required by our clients.
- Fills sales tax returns on a monthly or quarterly basis as required.
- Maintains inventory costing.
- Handles invoicing clients, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the CFO, including attending meetings, maintaining vendor credit cards, documenting policies and procedures, running job costs, closing job packets, generating profit loss reports, organizing and distributing checks, entering bills into QuickBooks, reconciling purchase orders and invoices, paying company invoices, maintaining documentation and insurance for company vehicles, following up on sales and receivables, and serving as backup for Human Resources, payroll, and Purchasing.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain productive relationships with company personnel at all levels.

- Able to read, understand, and apply policies, procedures, and reported information.
