About the role

Oversee the organization's financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. In this role, you will lead accounting activities, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and financial analysis while supporting strategic business decisions. You will play a key role in maintaining effective internal controls, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while partnering with leaders across the organization to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, sales tax filings, and fixed assets.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and responsible for internal and external audit requests.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of GAAP and/or IFRS accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
