Requirements

Benefits
The range of pay for this role is $115,000 to $145,000 USD Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out at 35% based on the Company's performance in the previous year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. The position will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Program.
