About the role

This role provides strategic leadership across a variety of different companies and requires business partnering and an executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial close and consolidations for multiple entities
• Manage a small team
• Be a go-to for senior management
• Partner with managers on budgets, forecasts, expense and cost containment
• Own financial planning and analysis providing value-added KPIs and reporting

Requirements

• 15+ years in Accounting in a leadership role, preferably in construction or manufacturing with an emphasis on project accounting, inventory and supporting operations
• Excellent systems experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Process improvements and an ability to present financial information to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
