About the role

We are seeking a Controller to join our Company-Wide – Open Roles team in Clifton, New Jersey. This position is full-time and hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage financial forecasting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead the implementation of new financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
