Midsouth Aggregates, part of CRH’s South Division, is a leading supplier of quality aggregates in the Southeastern U.S., with operations in Alabama, southern Tennessee, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. Working with government agencies, private contractors, counties and municipalities, we produce millions of tons of quality construction materials and pave many miles of highways every year. Our highly skilled workforce strives to deliver the highest quality products and services in a safe, timely and efficient manner, on every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic growth.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.
- Support acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capability.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials experience preferred.
