About The Opportunity

The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and providing strategic financial leadership to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Supervise accounting staff and support team development
• Cook up coordination audits and work with external auditors and tax advisors
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Prominent ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
