About the role

The position is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, managing the month-end and year-end close processes, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership, managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, coordinating external audits, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Manage and lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Cook up coordination external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing accounting teams and processes
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
