Key Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations including financial close activities and reporting processes
• Monitor project financials, job costing, and WIP reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking
• Provide oversight of AP, AR, and payroll functions while maintaining internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and help drive systems improvements

Qualifications

• 8+ years of increasing responsibility within accounting or finance roles
• Prior experience in construction or project-focused environments with WIP exposure required
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms and financial systems management
• Self-starter capable of leading the accounting function with minimal oversight
