Controller

About the Role

As Controller, you’ll oversee the full accounting function, including supervision of AP and AR, month-end close, and managing multiple P&Ls and balance sheets. You'll serve as the point of contact for benefits providers and help drive process improvements as the business continues to evolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting across multiple entities
• Manage month-end close and reconciliation processes
• Oversee AP and AR operations
• Coordinate with benefits and insurance providers
• Support a small, collaborative team
• Ensure timely, accurate financial documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally with supervisory responsibility
• Manufacturing background
• Standard cost accounting experience preferred

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000
