Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end close
• Lead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals
• Manage regulatory, statutory, and external reporting requirements
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives
• Drive process improvements and support system/technology enhancements

Qualifications

• CPA preferred or equivalent senior-level Controller experience
• Proven people leadership and team development experience
• Strong background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment preferred

Pay

$120,000–$130,000
