About the role

Lead month-end close and oversee cash management functions. Manage and develop a team (AR, AP, and Staff Accountant). Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations. Partner with leadership to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience in industries with tangible assets (inventory and fixed assets required)
• Experience with SAP or large ERP systems preferred
