About the role

Immediate business-critical impact due to leadership transition. The Controller will have high visibility to CFO, management, and core operational teams. Opportunity to own key month-end processes and drive reporting accuracy. Access to process improvement and workflow development during transition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable workflow and support AP clerk in high-volume setting
• Manage and execute critical month-end close entries
• Prepare and upload financial reports and supplemental schedules
• Review purchase requisition coding, support system tracking and analysis
• Provide analytical support and collaborate closely with accounting manager and department leadership

Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting experience, including high-volume AP and month-end close
• Strong hands-on inventory, journal entry, and reconciliations background
• Advanced Excel skills
