About the role
The Controller will lead the financial function for the Northeast Region of a booming business experiencing exponential growth. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and strong backing from corporate with autonomy to make decisions for the region.
Responsibilities
- Own the region's financial functions including financial close, GL account reconciliations, and budgeting
- Develop, mentor, and guide the accounting team to high levels of productivity
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Develop, update, and implement sound internal controls, policies, and procedures with guidance from senior executives
- Strategically work with operations to optimize EBITA
- Handle additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- BS in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 10+ years financial leadership experience in Manufacturing or CPG industries
- Experience with a robust ERP system
