Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP standards
• Manage month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and balance sheet integrity
• Lead budgeting efforts and partner with leadership on financial planning
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation experience

Pay

$110,000 - $130,000
