High-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, CEO, and President Lead an established accounting team of 6-7 professionals Opportunity to influence budgeting, forecasting, and company strategy Stable $35M manufacturing company with continued growth Strong autonomy to improve processes and drive operational excellence Competitive compensation, bonus opportunity, and long-term growth potential Controller Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial reporting Support production and operations with financial analysis and business insights Strengthen internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvements Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance Controller Qualifications Manufacturing accounting experience required Strong inventory and cost accounting background Previous leadership experience managing an accounting team Experience supporting manufacturing operations with financial reporting and analysis Stable work history with demonstrated career progression Sage 50 experience preferred (similar manufacturing ERP systems considered) Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Salary Range $130,000-$145,000 + up to 10% annual bonus #INAUG2026
