Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with proven success in a Controller or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with audits and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
