Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and month-end close
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll operations
• Manage external audit processes and auditor relationships
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting procedures
• Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and loan covenant reporting

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP system experience
• Proven ability to improve processes and strengthen controls
