Key Responsibilities For The Controller
- Oversight of accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, and financial reporting
- Lead monthly close and deliver accurate financial statements and analysis
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Manage accounting team performance, development, and training
- Improve processes, systems, and internal controls
- Oversee audit process and ensure compliance
Qualifications For The Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience with job costing / percentage-of-completion accounting
Controller Salary
Salary Range: $140k–$160k
