About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA with a mix of Big 4, public accounting, and private industry experience who enjoys owning the accounting function and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the top finance professional on site and a key member of the leadership team.
• Fully own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance and decision-making.
• Manage, mentor, and develop an accounting and finance team.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Combination of public accounting and private industry experience required.
• Prominent experience leading accounting teams.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.

Benefits

Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

Location: Seabrook, NH

Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
