Key Responsibilities

Financial Statements

• Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy

Financial Analysis

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making

Month-End Close

• Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties

Audit Support

• Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Hospitality/5+ years of experience preferred
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis

Compensation

$130,000 - $150,000 Base
