Key Responsibilities
- Owes and leads the month-end and year-end close across multiple entities, including consolidations and reporting
- Serves as the point person for core accounting functions such as GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and job costing
- Collaborates with operations to enhance cost visibility, WIP reporting, and project profitability
- Strengthens internal controls and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations
- Owns ERP implementation and drives system and reporting enhancements
- Identifies and implements process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
