Controller's Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle accounting, including financial close, reporting, and overall accounting operations

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering accountability and collaboration

Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, process improvements, and key initiatives

Strengthen internal controls, systems, and reporting accuracy to support business growth

Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership

Controller's Qualifications

• Active CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on Controller experience in a mid-sized company
• Proven ability to lead teams and operate both strategically and tactically in an on-site environment
