Accounting Manager Location: Long Beach, CA Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 base + discretionary bonus Direct-Hire Placement Overview We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150–200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPrepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowManage financial reporting under GAAPSupport budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&AManage and develop a team of 3 direct reportsCoordinate with external auditors and support audit processesServe as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent companyDrive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)CPA certification (preferred)6+ years of progressive accounting experience3+ years of management experience with direct reportsStrong financial reporting Manufacturing industry experience is a plusExperience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferredStrong communication with international stakeholders Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
