Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management as the financial mastermind of the organization.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team to drive profitability and growth.
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Ensure financial systems and processes are efficient, accurate, and reliable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role; previous experience as a Controller (highly desirable).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Manufacturing background (preferred).
