Controlled Environment Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and operating controlled environment systems in various facilities. Duties include monitoring environmental conditions, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, and air quality within controlled environments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies to ensure facility safety.
• Document all activities and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in HVAC or related field preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications
