About the role
Responsible for maintaining and operating controlled environment systems in various facilities. Duties include monitoring environmental conditions, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, and air quality within controlled environments.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies to ensure facility safety.
- Document all activities and report findings to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
