About the Role

Supports distribution services by coordinating workflow, monitoring installation performance, and resolving technical issues to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate task sequencing and resource allocation for optimal workflow.
• Monitor system outputs and identify trends for corrective action.
• Evaluate discrepancies to improve controls and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Train team members on installation practices and technical standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Certifications in maintenance or technical operations are preferred.
