About the role
We are seeking a Control Systems Developer I to join our growing automation team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals who are passionate about applying automation and control technologies in complex, fast-paced project environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the programming, implementation, and testing of PC/PLC-based control systems.
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of control hardware, software, and industrial networks.
- Help install and commission systems at client sites, ensuring operational readiness and performance.
- Contribute to the development of system documentation including IO lists, sequence of operations, and wiring diagrams.
- Participate in in-house and on-site training sessions for client operators and maintenance staff.
- Provide occasional after-hours client support as part of project commissioning or support.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and clients to deliver integrated project solutions.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 0–5 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or related technical fields (internship/co-op experience counts!)
- Exposure to or interest in PLC/HMI programming is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, project-based environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
