Control Room Machine Operator
About the role
The Control Room Machine Operator plays a critical hands-on role in manufacturing high-quality dental products in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This position exists to support daily production operations and help the company meet customer demand by efficiently producing products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effectively and efficiently set up, operate, and maintain all mixing, filling and packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform in-process quality checks and identify or escalate defects or issues.
- Able to follow procedures relating to proper storage and handling of chemicals, labels and other packaging supplies.
- Support team and production operations.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, Production Leads, and Supervisors.
- Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
This position requires a combination of technical skills and a strong work ethic. Essential qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation.
