Control and Risk Management Analyst Coordinator

About the role

This position will routinely interact with Operations Team Leads, Processing Managers, and others within various multi-functional departments or functions involved with the Processing, Manufacturing, Network Supply, Finance, or Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Routinely interact with Operations Team Leads, Processing Managers, and others within various multi-functional departments or functions involved with the Processing, Manufacturing, Network Supply, Finance, or Compliance.
• Identify, resolve, and document all issues identified during auditing of records and systems.
• Manage multiple projects autonomously or with some assistance and/or guidance.
• Develop and implement efficiency changes and process flow improvements, while maintaining a positive working relationship and providing clear, concise communication to various internal groups and internal/external customers and vendors when necessary.
• Ensure all data related to batch records, export shipments, and inventory is accurately documented and entered into SAP and tracking systems.
• Support the Processing Department and TLs by taking the lead and handling investigations to final resolution.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other operations systems.
• 2-4 years Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences or Business field preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• SAP Experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Pay

The salary range for this role is from $61,275 to $102,125 annually.

Regular Primary Location: Montgomery, Alabama.
