Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in control account management or program finance for aerospace/defense programs.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with multi-disciplined engineering teams and leadership.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills; experience briefing stakeholders.
Job Description
The Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) is seeking a dynamic CAM within the Chief Engineer organization to own and manage the control accounts that support the ongoing modernization and sustainment of the F-22 and F-16 fighter programs. The CAM will be the primary point of contact for cost, schedule, and performance data, driving integrated risk management and reporting directly to the F-22 Chief Engineer Sr. Manager. This role works closely with engineering and program office teams across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Ownership – Manage multiple control accounts representing distinct F-22 and F-16 control accounts.
- Earned Value Management – Forecast cost, funding, and schedule performance using EVM; perform trend analysis and monthly reporting.
- Integrated Reporting – Produce performance dashboards.
- Financial Planning – Develop and maintain budget baselines, cost estimates, and funding forecasts; support proposal development and BOE authoring in APTS.
- Collaboration – Work with multi-disciplinary engineering across the F-22 and F-16 programs to ensure alignment of technical deliverables with financial objectives.
- Compliance – Ensure adherence to Lockheed Martin policies, DoD regulations, and contract requirements; maintain accurate audit trails.
Desired Skills
- Direct experience with Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) control account tools and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and trend analysis tools.
- Demonstrated capability in proposal development and Basis of Estimate (BOE) authoring in APTS.
- Certified Control Account Manager (CCAM) or equivalent certification.
