Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Enters employer contribution reports into the computer and balances to bank statements.
- Communicates with employers on various issues including discrepancies in their reports and late charges.
- Prepares various reports relating to employer contributions.
Qualifications
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance.
- Must possess analytical problem solving, solid math, and customer service skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to enter and balance daily payments and reports to the bank receipts on one of the two software platforms (Legacy or BD).

Pay
The current starting rate for this position is $32.79 per hour. This is a union position. The pay rate for this position is determined by the collective bargaining agreement and may be dependent on experience, skills, education and other business factors.
