Essential Functions

  • Aid in the review, tracking, and execution of customer and vendor agreements.
  • Support the preparation and processing of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contractual records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor contract performance and due dates for key deliverables.
  • Aid in preparing documentation for contract modifications and closeouts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Program Management, and Operations to ensure alignment on contract requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for proposal and contract reviews.
  • Create summaries or response matrices for RFPs as needed.
  • Aid in internal audits and updates of contract templates and databases.

Experience and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in contracts or administrative support in a business/legal setting.
  • Familiarity with FAR and basic federal contracting regulations.
  • Experience with government or commercial contracts preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
