About the role

Manage the full supplier contract lifecycle, from SOW creation through execution, coordinating with legal, procurement, and suppliers to ensure go‑to‑market readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers
• Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
• Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
