Responsibilities

• Reviews, redlines and negotiates customer or vendor terms and conditions for sale/purchase of technology products and services. These contracts may include Master Purchase Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, Affiliate Agreements and other channel agreements.
• Prepares back-to-back terms and conditions from vendor quotes to WWT end user quotes.
• Utilizes AI contract review and analysis tools to accelerate contract redlining, identify non-standard clauses, and flag risk areas.
• Utilizes the Contract Lifecycle Management system to track and update the contract review process from start to finish.
• Structures, drafts and partners on contract negotiations both independently and in collaboration with in-house counsel.
• Reviews Request for Proposal documents for areas of legal risk and guides the Proposal team to ensure submission of legally compliant proposals.
• Drafts customer flowdowns addendum templates to ensure subcontractor compliance with customer contract requirements.
• Communicates effectively with internal departments and sales teams to ensure contracts are properly executed.
• Prepares contract summaries for internal departments, when needed, to address any non-standard terms and conditions or request approval.
• Collaborates with other WWT departments to engage Subject Matter Experts where needed.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years’ experience reviewing, redlining and negotiating IT services and resale contracts primarily on third party paper or a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
• In-house legal department experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Related Field preferred.
• A self-starter who utilizes contract and risk knowledge as well as best judgment to make decisions on complex or varied problems with minimal supervision.
• Superior writing, analytical, critical-thinking and communication skills, including experience engaging with sales and senior management.
• Competent at using and prompting AI tools.
• Quickly analyzes advanced and complex transactions and proposes innovative, creative and workable solutions.
• Works under pressure, addresses multiple competing priorities, and provides practical advice to business teams.
• Develops strong relationships with internal business units as well as with business management.
• Team player willing to support fellow coworkers with urgent tasks.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $68k to $85k annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
