Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the contractual relationships with IT service providers.
• Cook the coordination of contract activities such as development, negotiation, and transition.
• Monitor vendor contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Define and manage vendor penalties and incentives based on performance criteria.
• Create, negotiate, and incorporate contract amendments as required.
• Review contract budget variances and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as a liaison between IT service providers and the business.
• Cook the coordination or management of the work of others on related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or contract management.
• Experience managing contractual relationships with IT service providers.
• Strong negotiation and contract development skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Ability to work on projects of varying size, complexity, and duration.
• Intermediate professional skill level with the capability to manage complex enterprise agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
