About the role
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal
- Ensure contracts are compliant with relevant laws and company policies
- Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues
- Prepare and maintain contract files in an organized manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or related field
- Experience with contract management software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
