Contracts Manager
The Opportunity:
You'll leverage your experience in contracts management and join the Booz Allen Global Defense Sector Contracts Team. You will act as the primary interface with government and industry customers, working closely with expert teams across Booz Allen’s enterprise organization.
You Have:
- Experience with contract pre-proposal efforts, RFP or RFQ support, proposal support and submission, or post-award contract administration
- Experience with different contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Incentive Fee contracts
- Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines
- HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with contract management, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with contract management
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working directly with industry or government procurement officials
- Experience supporting program management teams or senior leaders
- Ability to interpret federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Ability to communicate with teams on intellectual property protection, organizational conflicts of interest, and sensitive data protection
- Master’s degree
- NCMA Professional Certification such as CCMA, CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM Certification
Compensation:
Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model:
- Remote: Occasional in-person visits may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent in-person work at a Booz Allen facility, with occasional visits to customer facilities.
- Onsite: Primary work at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
