Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex contractual agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable contracts
• Interpret and evaluate terms and conditions, assess risks to the company, and communicate findings to management
• Issue requests for proposals and draft and negotiate subcontracts, including flow down terms and conditions
• Submit timely and accurate reports such as Contractor Manpower Reporting and Subcontracting Reports
• Respond to requests for information from the US Government including contract audits and CPARS
• Communicate with finance and accounting to ensure billing accuracy
• Work closely with program managers to ensure compliance with contract requirements and successful contract completion
• Maintain shared files and databases with contract documents and correspondence

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts with the Department of Defense and other US Government customers and prime contractors
• FAR and DFARS knowledge
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance
• Proficient user of modern digital office tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to write formal business correspondence
• Excellent communication, collaboration, engagement, and diplomacy skills
• Detail oriented

Must be a US citizen.

Pay

$115,000 – $150,000

Schedule

Hybrid/Remote – Primarily remote but would report to Baltimore and Bethesda locations once a month.
