Job Description Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2027 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business. Contracts Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting contract administration and compliance through: Reviewing new customer contracts and contract modifications alongside Contracts staffUploading contract awards and supporting documentation into EBAD’s ERP system, IFSAssisting with the creation and maintenance of customer orders within IFSReviewing contract modifications to help identify and document changesSupporting the review of customer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Proprietary Information Exchange Agreements (PIEAs), including agreements requiring renewal or terminationAssisting with the closeout of completed contracts and coordinating required review activitiesOrganizing and maintaining contract documentation and recordsSupporting Continuous Improvement initiatives, including reviewing and updating procedures for Contract Administration and Contract Compliance As a part of our internship program, your experience will include: Robust projects with positive business impactFormal and informal feedback from managersLunch and learn sessions featuring executives from across the businessNetworking and social eventsVisibility to all levels of leadership Qualified candidates will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with Junior standing at the time of application, preferably in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
