About the role
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for managing contracts and agreements for Life.Church. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining compliance with legal and financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to expiration
- Review and draft contracts to ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
- Negotiate terms and conditions with external parties
- Maintain and update contract management system
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with internal policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or legal affairs
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of contract management software (e.g., Confluence, Salesforce)
- Experience with legal research and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
