About the role
The incumbent independently performs a variety of more responsible and complex analytical assignments related to contract and procurement development, consultation, and policies and procedures. They also perform varied analytical assignments related to contract administration, reporting, and compliance of procurement activities within the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s). The Classification Specification can be found in the Duty Statement.
Skills
Experience working on IT and non-IT contract and procurement assignments, and the ability to demonstrate analytical qualities through examples of work assignments.
Benefits
The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting. The position is located in Sacramento and offers a hybrid work schedule in accordance with DIR's telework policy.
Pay
The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The incumbent works a standard 40-hour workweek.
