The Contracts and Compliance Manager stands up the contracts, real estate, and compliance function for Stimulus Broadband. This seat builds intake, obligation calendars, file discipline, and the early process set under the VP of Broadband Services. The work covers contract and rights management, coverage and location reporting support, and regulatory calendar coordination across California, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oregon.
