Contracts & Analytics Administrator

About the role

The Contracts & Analytics Administrator will work closely with Corporate Procurement resources to support bid campaigns and lead team activities pertaining to supplier verification, selection, ongoing maintenance, and management of the present and future supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support bid campaigns and supplier activities
• Lead team activities related to supplier verification, selection, and management
• Work closely with Corporate Procurement resources

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Econ, or Finance) or equivalent training and 4 years of relevant job experience
• Knowledge of commonly used Purchasing & Supply Chain concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must have computer experience, good math skills, and strong communication skills
• Must have the ability to travel as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol, physical and functional capacity evaluation

Qualifications

Must be able to read and understand written information in English, bi-lingual.
