Contracts Analyst ( TS Clearance Required)

About the role

As a Contracts Analyst at Lockheed Martin, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and compliance issues.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including change orders and termination notices.
• Work closely with legal and procurement teams to resolve disputes and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor contract performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure all contracts are compliant with Department of Defense (DoD) directives and company policies.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Experience in contract management, preferably within the defense industry.
• Knowledge of DoD regulations and contract law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Contract management software proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
