Responsibilities

  • Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance while protecting the company's interests.
  • Lead complex proposals and contract activities, collaborating with departments such as Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Interpret medium to large OEM quotes and independently administer contracts.
  • Act as the primary contact for contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contract performance and prepare essential documentation.
  • Facilitate negotiations to align with management guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in contracts administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating commercial and government contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret contract requirements and identify risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at managing multiple contracts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Sound judgment to ensure compliance and balance organizational objectives.
  • Ability to lead discussions on contract performance and drive continuous improvement.
