Contractor Team Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract performance and oversee all personnel supporting the contract.
- Manage facilities service desk operations and ensure seamless coordination among functional teams.
- Conduct staffing management, time and attendance oversight, leave coordination, and adherence to government policies and procedures.
- Attend planning meetings, progress meetings, and COR meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and project status updates.
- Maintain automated project logs, project schedules, and performance tracking metrics.
- Develop project cost estimates and coordinate vendor quotations.
- Perform final quality control reviews on deliverables, drawings, reports, estimates, and presentations prior to submission.
- Cook up emergency response support activities, including emergency command center operations.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reports and operational metrics.
- Serve as the lead communications coordinator between the COR, clients, Building Managers, and building ownership representatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated project and facilities management experience.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience developing budgets, cost estimates, performance metrics, and executive reports.
- Strong quality control, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of federal facilities operations and project management practices.
Pay
Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
