(Contractor) Recruiter, Supply Chain & Ops

About the role

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and bringing in the people building and scaling the systems behind Tenstorrent’s growth. You will help hire the talent that keeps our supply chain resilient, our operations efficient, and our teams ready to execute as we scale. In this role, you will support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions.

This is a 6-month contract. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions.
• Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.
